I eat very high protein, and don't care about fat -- but it's generally pretty high fat, because fat is both delicious and filling. You could count the servings of fruits and vegetables I eat each year on one hand.

I'm a meatatarian. I've lost almost 300 pounds and have maintained the loss for several years. I eat over 2600 calories per day to maintain.

My organ is very healthy.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
