Found a Surgeon Louisiana excepting Medicaid

Can you give me the info? Which Medicaid do they take? I will be able to switch plans in 2 weeks and I'm trying to figure out which one I need to switch to

I called Dr. O'Connell and the nurse said that it's easier to get approved with United Health Care.

I got in touch with dr jeb butlers office today and found out that they do accept Medicaid. I left my name and number so when they call me back I will find out which one I need to be on.

I was told Dr. Butler takes all Medicaid but "Amerihealth Caritas. Please let me know if this is not true

I should be getting a call back either Monday or Tuesday and I'll let you know as soon as I know something. I'm scared to get my hopes up! I have been trying to find a dr that takes it for going on 3 years!

I am so sorry you have been through this. No one should be treated like that. Your state is one of the worst. Sadly your state pays so little for the procedure surgeons an facilities just can't afford it. Keep me posted. You can reach me at [email protected] and or [email protected]

I was so disappointed today cause I literally called every surgeon in Louisiana that took Medicaid. And all had stopped . I kept called Dr O'Connell and getting voicemail full but finally she answered and I got and appointment for Dec..... YASSSSSSS
