Your WLS story... in 3 words!
Amazingly life changing.
This, this, this.
I thought about making mine "maintenance ******g sucks" but I realized that was pretty negative sounding, so I will stick with "amazingly life changing" LOL.
I can do a zillion things more easily at a "normal" weight. I hadn't even realized how tough it was to move through the world super morbidly obese. Now, I wake up with a pep in my step and the energy of a 20 year old (and I'm 40).

Less Pain, Grateful!
I began walking with a cane in 2012, I was told it would progress to a walker then eventually a wheelchair. I put the cane in the closet 1 year ago and it hasn't been used since. I am so grateful for this surgery, I have decreased my pain medication significantly and my daily walks eventually turned into hikes:-)
What a wonderful outcome from your surgery and your good work. Congrats!
