3 weeks out and already stalling
Hi all,
I have been stuck at between 270 and 267 for almost 2 weeks now!! Wtf? What's going on? Is this normal after surgery? I am getting my protein shakes in and eating about 300 calories a day (that's all I can eat right now).
Did this happen to you?

Go to the search bar and type in 3 week stall...
You will find a lot of company there.
This is totally normal.

almost everyone goes through that. I'm surprised you haven't come across that yet on one of the threads because you've been around awhile. It seems like that question comes up at least a couple of times a week. Yep - totally normal. Just stick to your plan and the stall will eventually break (mine lasted two weeks)
I also had the 3 week stall, then all the sudden I dropped a 1/2 -1lb per day. Now I'm stalled out again at almost 3 months out. Also every month around my menstrual cycle time I gain 3-4 lbs over night. It's around that time for me again so I'm just being patient. I do know increasing fluids seems to help for me.
Happy three week stall!
Get your 60 to 80 grams of protein in. Drink lots of fluids, and then drink some more. You'll do fine.

I am now 8 weeks post op and I totally stalled st week 2 for 4 weeks. It drove me nuts and I felt like I wasn' doing it right. But do was 100 percent correct.
It will pass and it is very normal but also very frustrating.
Shoot for 600 calories and 60 protein st you point.
You got this!
