Got my letter!!!

So I realized that my family doctor was a little slow on the referral....my first post was back in November and I had said that Nov 25 my Doctor had put in the referral...well no the referral didn't get put in until Dec 18. So I got my letter in the mail today finally to let me know about the orientation date of March 12 at Toronto Western. Not going to lie....I cried. I'm so happy that I finally have contact to get this process started so that I can finally get on the road to my final weight loss journey.

I do have a question though. Has anyone had a BAD experience with Toronto Western?
