Welcome! This is a great place to get tips and learn about other's experiences. I am just a couple of months post-op myself.

I would suggest you read as much information as possible, and follow your doctor's advice to a T. Prior to surgery I kept a notepad in my handbag so I could jot down questions as they occurred to me, that way I was prepared when I met with my surgeon.

Good luck with everything!

Jess

Thanks! I have started logging my intake on the bariatric ap and have a pedometer on the way so I can link it to the ap. I am trying to learn as much as I can and change my lifestyle. Not so easy with working full time, 4 kids and a husband. Im hoping that my changes will help them as well. Thank you so much!
