Food Prep for VSG
It's a great idea. I'd start with some good bone broth for the first couple of weeks, and soups, too. Freeze in ice cube trays, then in baggies for storage. I know it's hard to fathom, but a cube or two is all you can eat at a time at first. For casseroles, you want to stick with meat, cheese and veggies. No rice, pasta or potatoes.
