Iron? Ferritin? Lots of us suffer from iron issues after RNY and need regular infusions. If these numbers are low, it could explain some of your exhaustion issues.

Also, your B12 seems low. Many aim to have it around 800. Exhaustion is also a symptom of low B12, as well as tingling in your fingers and toes.

I am taking vit D3 10 thous. a day.. a weekly one with ppl with mal-abosorbtion issues dumps the large doses... you really need vitamin c and d3 in large doses to combat inflammation. I am sill searching for the right enzymes for my system..so i can abosrb more of my nutrition...daily. or I would recommend. a specific one. I use some wild native herbs via a tea form, everlasting, and it gives me some relief for the lactose intolerance...but commercially available no so much

My original surgeon who did my gastric left practice not long after I had my surgery. I had my 2 year tests with him then after that everything seemed fine (I felt good no trouble) so my general doctor has been who has checked my blood work and everything since then.

This is from the last set of bloods she ran on me, I am starting to wonder if there are maybe some other items she needs to look for? These are the tests she usually runs. Not having my original surgeon has never really been an issue before now because health wise I have done really well and never had any issues or complications.

I also want to thank everyone that took the time to read my post and to respond just knowing where to start and what to look for has given me a glimmer of hope that things will get sorted out.

Definitely need a ferritin, and some specific auto-immune tests like:

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Factor, Sedimentation Rate (SR or SED), C-Reactive Protein (CRP) High Sensitivity Cardiac Risk, Prothrombin Time (PT) and Partial Thromboplastin Time (PTT)

There are other specific antibody tests for specific auto-immune disorders, but the ones listed above are typically what a PCP is OK ordering.

I'd also ask for a COMPLETE thyroid panel whi*****ludes free T3, total T3, free T4, total T4, Reverse T3, and thyroid antibody tests (Graves and Hashimotos). A lot of PCPs will only order the TSH and that doesn't give you a full picture of your thyroid function.

I'd honestly be surprised if your issues are related to the WLS, with it being so far out, and the symptoms just don't seem to corellate to a WLS related issue. So I'm not sure why a GI specialist is refusing you as a patient. Keep at it, there should be someone out there who will consult your case.

It's good that you're expanding your search for specialists. It can be very frustrating to have to wait so long for an appointment. Let the rheumatologist's office know your symptoms are very concerning, and ask if they have a wait list in case someone cancels. Most specialists offices do that.

I will def check into getting those labs ordered asap that way if I do get in with a doctor I will have those as well to help get things figured out! and I have never had a thyroid panel like that either I have had the TSH but nothing else so I will check on that too. Thank you for giving me more angles to start checking on :)

I hadn't thought about a waitlist I will call them tomorrow and see about doing that as well :)

another option might be an internist... and one who soecializes in internal abdominal surgeries. They will have a full understanding of the procedure you had and the full side effects. relieving the gas and gastritis will help your energy a lot.as will stabilizing your blood sugars...your sudden explosive bms sounds like could be dumping syndrome... often it can go with gastritis.

Negative CT scan is a good sign. CT scans are usually able to rule out a mass. You still need to pursue a gastro doc just for a thorough look. You do not have to see a bariatric surgeon for this, but any gastroenterologist.

Secondly, I can't help but notice you have many signs of lupus, this could be something worth pursuing, so if all clear with the gastro, my second recommendation would be a rheumatologist, or to get simultaneous referrals to both would be ideal

Hoping you feel better soon, and you get to the bottom of whatever is causing your symptoms. Keep us posted.
