PB2?
You might try sugar free peanut butter syrup with 0 calories. I find adding sugar free syrups a better choice as it adds no calories and a great flavor punch.
I've been using peppermint or peppermint paddy to my morning hot chocolate protein and love the chocolate peppermint flavor without adding any calories.
I probably have 40 bottles of different flavors - mostly Torani or DiVinci brands.
I have it. Not too bad. I added it to my chocolate premier in the beginning to change up the taste.
I've been using PBfit every now and again since I bought the big tub at Wal-Mart. Mine is slightly different, 2 grams of fat, 4g carbs, and 5 grams of protein. That protein makes the difference for me. It's equivalent to real PB, while everything else is MUCH lower. Sure, you can use a syrup or something else for zero calories, but it will still have carbs and without the added benefit of a little extra protein.
I make it as regular peanut butter to mix with my Greek Yogurt every now and again, but it's also good in shakes. I have used a sugar-free vanilla protein powder I got from GNC with water and ice, 2 oz. of banana, and 1 tablespoon of PBfit for a delicious peanut butter banana protein shake with 28 grams of protein and the only carbs (10) are from the banana/pbfit. I don't think it's a bad product to use at all as long as it's used correctly and sparingly. :-)
Kroger also has smaller containers of PB powder with different flavors on the PB and health food aisle.
