Vitamin Patches
Hi tlh4life
They work amazingly for some and not for others. Personally they have worked great and my labs are good.
Here are the ones I take -
Check with your surgeon and see what they think. Get labs before you try them and stay on top of your labs to see if they work for you or not. We did a search and here is a link for other topics discussing the patches.
If you look at the bottom of this page there is a variety pack sale that might be a good start. If you decide to try them let us know how they worked for you
Regards,
Kathy

Yep, I have been using those patches from PatchMD for about a year. I just had my blood drawn and I have nutritional deficiencies, so sadly I am one of the people that patches don't work on. I am now working hard to get my iron, B12 and D2 up to acceptable levels. So as Kathy said, get bloodwork done and then do the patches and in six months have bloodwork done again, so you can see how they work on you.
I have been using them 2 years and they have worked well for me. As DCGirl said, for whatever reason that is not true of everyone.

I am 9 weeks out and I am using the patches. On my 3 months I plan to get some blood work and see the results. Today I ordered the iron patch since it seems we become deficient in Iron after the surgery. I will try to keep everyone posted, since it seems it's a hit or miss this these patches.
