2 months post op!
I can tell, too - great job! Have someone take pictures of you every month on your surgery date until you reach maintenance. It's a great way to document your journey - I'm so glad I have mine!!! Plus if you ever start getting discouraged, it's great to look back four months, or six months, or whatever to see how far you've come!
I appreciate that. That is the plan. When I look in the mirror I can't see it. Pictures help me see my progress. I definitely can see and feel in my belly area. I'm less round!!!
There's an app, I think it's called Dayli? I tried to get in the habit of using it, but never did. Basically it prompts you to take a daily picture and then put them into a morphing video so you can more easily see changes. It seems totally awesome. I wish I had gotten into the habit of using it from day 1!
