I think withholding medical treatment from animals is cruel. If a pig needs antibiotics, they should get them -- unless it goes against their express religious principles, of course.

Dr. Oz will be getting a scathing review from Arnold Ziffel.

Dr. Oz is a quack and I refuse to give his website any more traffic than it already has.

Generally, farmers do NOT routinely use antibiotics as a blanket measure. Not only does it contribute to the issue of antibiotic resistance, but it's expensive!!
