That's not a lot to go on. Please bear in mind that you can't force someone to accept any sort of help--they have to want the change themselves. If she wants to change, fantastic. Pointing her here is a good start.

The only useful thing you can do is set a good example and be quiet about it unless specifically asked for advice/help.
