9 Month Post-Op
Hello Family!
Long time no talk! How are you guys doing on your journey? I am well and feeling great, maybe too great.
Here are my numbers! I have lost a total of 106lbs, I have put on serious muscle mass in building mt body, my strength has increased a lot. I work out 7days a week. Oh here's the good news. I got some blood work done and guess what? My sugar levels are down and no signs of diabetes. This thing saved my life. Therefore I must keep fighting and pushing through. I am feeling good about the future.
Now here's the downside. I am feeling soo good that my eating habits reverted back to some old ways. And I don't like that. I find myself snacking a lot more now and eating things I wouldn't eat post-op. I need to keep encourage because I am not going back to what I once was.
I hope you guys are well.
Congrats on the weight loss and getting your diabetes under control. Now get control of your eating or the good will all disappear. Making bad choices at only 9 months out is a recipe for disaster. Good luck.

great news on the loss and all the strengthening of your body.
As far as reverting to old habits, you should start keeping a food journal again - that should help you to get back on track.
