Finally!!!!
As most of you know, I've been stuck for the better part of the last 3 weeks in a stall. Due to everyone on OH sharing that plateaus happen and that they are inevitable, I was able to take it in stride and instead of feeling like giving up and "what's the point" I, instead, doubled down, cut back carbs even further, really watched my fat intake, upped my protein and water intake and went head down, horns out at my new eating lifestyle.
And this morning IT PAID OFF. I have a talking scale and this morning, she told me: 399.4!!!!! I have not been under 400 pounds in over 10 years. Wootie woot woot!!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you who come on here everyday and share your joys and your sorrows. You are a fantastic group of men and women and your stories and snippets and advice have been invaluable to me.

Good for you! Never give up. Never give in. When temptation arises, you only have to withstand it for a short time to come through on the other side. Stick to your plan and you will get there, even when you stall for a bit.
Woo!! Way to go! You are a rockstar :D
