Neat RPG habit tracking tool!
My friend Cantras from elsewhere got me into Habitica again a few months ago, and I'm setting it up for use with my revision coming up. You basically get experience points and gold for completing tasks and reinforcing habits - and take damage for not doing them! It's pretty clever. I have been a gamer for years, and while I don't really play video games anymore, this has been a neat tool for me to stay on task.
I know it sounds a bit unconventional, but surprisingly it's been a great compliment for WLS!

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I love the gamification of health :)
Last time I was doing physical therapy I had to use a functional squat machine that was linked to a computer that had these games - it was awesome and super motivational. Ditto for the balance machine - the Biodex. I love stuff like that.

This is great, I'm going to try it out. It really calls to the very avid gamer in me.

That would be great! I've never gone to a conference before, or know much about them, but it would be fun when one rolls around!
I'm Izi there if anyone ever needs a hand!

I know a dungeon master (DM) that has worked really hard on his diet (he has lost over 100#s) but is struggling with the exercise aspect of overall health.
I will forward it to him and maybe it would be helpful.
I want to try it. Thanks for posting!!!
