Mama June @ 7 Months Post-Lowest Weight

Dang, didn't know about his h.a.. He's lucky to have a second chance and is doing very well from the looks of it.

OK...I know you're never going to look at me, with the same adoring eyes again, but I have to come clean...

I watched the show...I know all their names...Real and Nick-names...Hanging my redneck, easily entertained head...

Now...in my defense:

When I first "met" Honey Boo Boo and Mama June, they were on "Toddlers and Tiaras"...just some more contestants/mamas...June clipped coupons to pay for Alana's entry fees/clothes/etc..I thought that made her a good mama...I am a sucker for that crap...and Alana was REALLY cute, back then, and actually won some stuff...but never the elusive Grand Supreme crown...BIG SIGH...>insert tears here

I just hope she gets the mental health part of her life in check. The surgery and the plastics make her look better.

But inside I hope she gets the help she needs.

I read a lot of comments and it almost feels as some want to see her fail in years to come. I have never watched her show. I just know she is some little girls mom.

Bottom line though is I wish her all the success in the world. She worked to get this far. If she did plastic surgery I have learned through Gwens posts that plastic surgery is no easy task either. She has a wonderful smile and for her sake and her kids I hope she is happy and continues to be.

Like everyone, I am cheering for her long haul succes.

It is nice of you to stick up for her. I think if people come off as "negative", it is more from June's lifestyle/personal past sins, than from her actual WLS/PS/etc...And the John Q Public tends to look down on June, and many WLSers may not want to be "lumped in" with her

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo

If you ever bored, and want some back history, since you said you didn'****ch the show. The show wound up being canceled when Mama June left Sugar Bear and moved in an old BF, who turned out to be a sex offender, who just happened to have offended her oldest daughter, in June's home, when the daughter WAS A CHILD. And June goes and moves him in, where she now has another minor child. So TLC axed the whole family show. That's why "From Not to Hot" was NOT on TLC...

Gee...Do I sound like a gossipy old buzzard, or what??? Mostly I just have sour grapes, because I need $75,000 of PS...but that's a whole other post

I do no****ch tv unless it' shows I pick on Netflix. I understand everyone' opinions but I just try and look for good and believe this is good in many people.

I suppose hard times in my own life have made a habit of trying to believe and look at the good.

I'm like you, but fail to see the good in people who deliberately expose their children to child sex offenders. That is where I draw a very hard line.
