Maintenance Thanksgiving NSV

We are hard on ourselves. That's why I did the side by side for me to see even though I am heavier at the moment... you don't look that different.

I've been struggling this year, and I need to buckle down. My larger pants are getting tight, and I just can't, and won't buy anything larger. The tightness makes me uncomfortable, so I hope it motivates me to stay the course and get back to where I want to be and should be.

You look wonderful, and I hope that next year I can post a picture of how much I've lost this year.

You can do it. The pants getting tight Is a motivator. I have about a 10-lb swing in ny weight. I wi**** wasn't so.. I posted this really for my own motivation, as there is a 10lb difference in the two pics and I was being hard on myself.... So I needed to see the difference wasn't as big as I was making it in my head. It's a battle in our brains as well as putting one foot in front of the other and doing what we need to do.

See I thought you looked like you've lost more weight. The mind's eye lies doesn't it?
