hit halfway point to goal on Thanksgiving day!
I'm almost 16 weeks since pre-op diet weight loss... And I just got on the scale and saw that I finally hit my halfway mark! 65 pounds!
When I started all this I was worried that I would be one of the one's that wouldn't lose or would lose really slow. I'm glad to see I was worrying about nothing, although, this months loss is substantially less than previous months...only 8 pounds this last 3 weeks. Well, when I put it like that it doesn't seem so slow but checking the scale daily and seeing only a pound here or there (and more often than not nothing!)it seems VERY slow.
This is just one more thing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving...

Something to be truly thankful for.
