In the brown shirt was at my heaviest in 2011 and the dress is from Easter this year. I have been maintaining for close to a year now and have lost a total of 221pounds from my heaviest weight.

Had VSG on 9/28/15

Lost 161 lbs since surgery, LOST 221 lbs overall so far!!

Edit: Some people on my instagram or FB have commented/asked about some of my, uh, "growth". Its not that... My right hand is in my pocket digging for change (this is in Cannes, France at a look out and I wanted to use the binocular thing and wife took a photo. I liked it but there is that other issue lol)
