So they're actually called Birthday Cake Quest Bars but they're AMAZING. Frosted coating and sprinkles and YUM.

How long until we get the inevitable post about how protein bars are the same as a Snickers bar?

I do think that staying away from them (protein bars in general) is best for people who eat them like candy bars. But these have a decent protein/calorie ratio for those who can eat just one (when on the run).

I saw those advertised and was going to put them in my next order. They do look amazing!

They sound like candy to me. I keep a few protein bars around the house for emergencies, but personally, I need to stay away from them. Too tempting for me.

I get you! Friends stopped by with pastries yesterday (I CANNOT resist stuff like that though candy has never been an issue). I made them take home all but 2 - gave one to DH last night and have one on the counter for him this morning.

Thankfully even these, which I think taste awesome, are not so awesome that they call to me. But they're useful in a pinch!

Same here, too tempting, too much like candy. I had very bad self control with sugary foods.
