For fun - what's in your yogurt?

I add extra pudding mix because I want it to be 'stick to the spoon' thick! Jon says I've ruined regular yogurt for myself.

Fage or Cabot full fat plain greek yogurt with 1 TBSP SF Pudding mix + nuts for breakfast. I eat this 9 days out of 10.

Before bed I eat a Dannon L&F with SF Pudding Mix (I like that it thickens it, that's why I do it) and peanut butter, SF chocolate chips or nuts (pecans mostly). I alternate the contents of the yogurt based on what I need for calories since I'm maintaining. If it's not much, I do no add in's and it's 105 calories. If I need a lot I will add 2 TBSP of peanut butter (190 calories) and if I need the motherload of calories then I add 1/2oz of pecans too. The SF chocolate chips are yummy, but pretty low in calories and don't add much.

I like to add fiber one bran buds to my morning Greek yogurt. I get that crunch and the added fiber. I only use about 2 tablespoons so a box will last me awhile.

I love 1/2 cup of plain Liberte Greek Yogurt with 1/2 cup berries (raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries), sprinkled with splenda and cinnamon. If I need fibre, I cut the berry portion down to 1/4, and add 1/4 cup bran buds, and really enjoy the added texture.

Thanks to Erin I was able to venture into ff plain greek yogurt with 2 tsp of SF pudding mix(usually lemon or pistachio). I need crunch texture in mine so I add chia, flax and pumpkin seeds(roasted in coconut oil) When I want something different I will treat myself to Noosa Yogurt maybe twice a month.

I'm jealous all of your posts about yogurt sound sooo good. I'm two months out and my taste buds have changed so much I can't find a yogurt I can stomach. I used to love Greek, now I can't do it. I've tried almost every brand on the shelf.

I like to start with plain yogurt. I'll either add pudding , a sf syrup or just vanilla and sweetener. I buy these small pecan chips or like sliced almonds for crunch. Sometimes I'll freeze a portion for a couple hours for frozen yogurt. It's not quite totally hard.
