Newbie

Hi I am new to this site so I thought I would introduce myself . I am from London and I am due to have my VSG in January 2018. I am fluctuating between excitement and dread on a daily basis.I suppose it is fear of the unknown. I came across this site and it's been really motivational to read the posts and see the pictures . Sadly we don't really have sites for this in England so I have tagged on to yours

Welcome Dustymiller! Glad you stumbled on OH, it's such a wonderful place to start your journey. The one thing that really helped me was joining in on the VSG Daily Menu thread and the VSG forum, hopefully you will find it as helpful as I did. It's completely normal to be excited and scared at the same time. I am 19 months post VSG and come here daily to keep connected and find support. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made with absolutely no regrets. Keep coming back and ask a lot of questions:-)
