Curves was accepted as my supervised exercise. My center set up a water aerobics program where people could complete their supervised exercise.

My requirement was 6 months of supervised diet or 3 months of supervised diet and exercise. I did the diet and exercise to finish in three months. That was ten years ago.

It is an exercise program where you can provide records of attending and the exercise is supervised by someone. You can't just say I ran three miles a day, you have to have a document that shows you did it under supervision.

Thanks. This is the part thats making me a bit nervous lol, exercising in a public place. Since I have social anxiety but, I guess i'm going to have to suck it up
