14 year anniversary!

I last posted on my 10 year anniversary and today makes 14! I weigh the same as I did then. 145! I did regain again to almost 180 but through hard work and determination, I was able to lose it by buckling down at the beginning of this year.

I just wanted to say for you newer post ops , long term success is possible but you have to make a lifelong commitment to better eating habits. I have slipped a couple times and gained but was able to get it back to a good weight.

Good luck everyone in your own personal journey!

Congratulations on your 14 years of success. It is good to see a post from someone who is kicking obesity in the a** long term. Very inspiration for new comer's like myself.

You look amazing !

Congratulations!!!

Regain is so easy, but it is possible to lose it if someone is willing to put the hard work behind it. Thank you for the reminder. Congratulations !!!

Happy Surgiversary! Thanks for the honest post about the regain. Always good to hear that losing it again is possible if we keep our head in the game and get serious!
