Was just going to say make pudding with them! Like you, I can't drink them anymore , but I have found vanilla Premier Protein in place of milk with sugar free, fat free jello pudding mix is great. Butterscotch is my favorite.
My nutritionist recommended Carnation Breakfast Essentials Light (the no sugar added), the powder kind you mix yourself. This was because NOTHING else would go and stay down. It worked and I use that now.
