This is after having been up for about 3 hours, drinking quite a bit and immediately after my shower... 159 lb and 201.5 inches. I was 158 earlier in the week. I'm pretty sure that if I had done my normal routine and measured first thing in the morning and weighed after my shower without drinking, I probably would have had different results.
Hey Y'all! Wasn't at home to weigh yesterday morning. After a brief trip to Indy for a funeral for grammy with ALL the family, I am up to 175.1. Getting all the carbs out of the house. started logging food again this morning. I may go premier protein and chicken, cottage cheese and Hummus for a few days to break the carb cravings....
