I wish bariatric surgery included working on my brain. Stress and exhaustion got to me this week so I'm up a bit. Weight 118.5. Onward and downward for next week!

Be careful, stress and exhaustion excaberated my hypoglycemia. It landed me in the hospital where they literally fed me a ham and cheese sandwich, full sugar pudding...

VSG on 08/29/16

We went all over the place yesterday and had massive elevation changes. As per usual I am bloated from it so unfortunately I am sitting at 201.25 in. I am also sitting at 160 lb. I'm sure that will be off in no time.
