I'm either going hiking with a friend, or bike riding by myself, lol. My friend said he wanted to go hiking today but I still haven't heard from him, so if he backs out, I'm going to go bike riding instead.

I'm 5 weeks out. 3 weeks ago, I started walking 1/2 mile every day. Now I am doing a mile 5 days a week. It's a start!

I run 3-5 miles 4 days a week and walk the dogs every day about 1 mile. I should start some weight training but haven't been motivated yet.
