I poached an egg!

Seriously - this is the best way to make scrambled eggs. Ever. I use Fair Life skim milk and yes, I do use butter. When you put the milk in at the end it keeps them from getting too dry.

I have little silicone cups that I crack an egg into for cooking a poached egg. First one needs to spray a little PAM into the cup, add salt and pepper if desired and then crack the egg into it. After you get the water boiling you gently place the cup into the water, cover and turn down the burner. For my stove (gas) it takes about 4-6 minutes to cook the egg to either medium to hard whatever your desire is. I use tongs to lift it out of the steamy water so I do not get burned from the steam. The little cups are easy to clean with a little liquid dish soap and are ready for use the next day.
