...thrilled with the results..I've put on muscle too (not sure how).

If you're anything like me it probably won't immediately work. I am 12lbs below goal now. I lost 6lbs this month (and I hadn't done the math before today, so that was a surprise!). I'm slowly adding calories though and hopefully getting there. I think I'm just going to have to eat a lot of nuts/seeds, lol.
