Absolutely awesome!! Congatulations! I'm almost 9 months and loss has slowed to a halt. I'm nowhere near goal and very frustrated.

Thanks, AZ! I'm sorry to hear your weight loss isn't going as well as you'd hoped. Perhaps if you posted what you eat in a day, we can help you troubleshoot? Are you still weighing, measuring, and logging every single bite, and staying protein forward, low carb?
