I want to send a shout out to whomever taught me the Yogurt/ pudding trick! It is now my favorite mid day snack - with 18 grams of protein!

I learn SO much from this site!

In my case I use full fat Fage plain greek yogurt and 1 TBSP of SF pudding mix. It tastes like cheese cake.

Add a little squirt of berry flavored MIO to it. Yum!

I get full fat plain greek yogurt and add a tablespoon of sugar free pudding mix. I like the banana or vanilla.

I've done 1/2 cup ff Greek plain yogurt with 1 tbsp sf jello chocolate pudding. Mixed it up and whammo, have fallen for that combo like a blind roofer. So delicious.

Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.
