Not exactly sure how a dress will help unless it will not touch your incisions. I had a bit of itching too. I used an ice cube on them for relief since I couldn't put anything on them. I definitely wished I could just dig in and scratch!

Mine was just itching from healing. Nothing helped except numbing the area with a bit of ice. I was told not to use anything but you might be fine with like a bactine spray.

At first I wondered if you might have an allergy to the adhesives (either from the steri-strip tape or the glue if you were glued shut). But now that I think about it, I remember scratching all around the actual incisions because they itched as they healed.
I'm allergic to tape so I asked for glue.
Iasked if I should take Benadryl...I might before bed.
Ask if you can use spray benadryl. That really helps me.

The itch is a pain in the ass for a while, but it gets better soon. It's just 2 or 3 weeks of annoyance.
Don't scratch!
