Someone posted something a while back about finding a brand of Kombucha that had specifically very low fizziness. Does anyone know what that brand is? I loved kombucha pre-op and can't comfortably drink it now. Thanks!

I'm almost a year post surgery and I can't drink coke but can drink Kombucha. I just pore it back and fourth between 2 glasses a few times to reduce the carbonation.

No way I could have done this even a few months ago.

I've been drinking Diet Coke with no pain since about 10 weeks post op. I prefer it from a fountain these days, but even from a bottle, it doesn't hurt me.

I'm from new zealand so unfortunately can't help but I was interested to hear there is a low fizz version. I am going to ask around here :)

I don't know the brand but maybe you can buy one of those appliances where you can control the fizziness of your drinks. Stuff like soda stream or anything like that. Not sure if there's a kombucha drink for it though.

The fizz in any brand will flatten out if you leave the bottle opened for a few hours.

I am almost a year out an still cannot tolerate any carbonated liquids. I used to drink seltzer water before surgery and miss now but oh well. When I get leg cramps I drink diet tonic water because it has quinine it which takes away the cramps. I have to pour in a glass and stir the hell out of before I can drink it.
