Seriously a reporter actually referred to little old me as a " lithe panther" ... of course he's kidding , right? I'm actually the housecat with a hanging belly .... much more like a fatcat but I truly appreciate and am (forgive me) excited about the compliment .

I have an article from The NY Times about a male model who eats a lot of carbs and looks flipping fantastic ab-defined six packed at forty plus .
