Do i ever dispose full sluids stage.

Blended meats and beans fall into the "puree" stage (if you have one), which usually comes after "full fluids." Full fluids is more like protein shakes, STRAINED (not blended) cream soups, SF pudding, and yogurt.
Don't bother with blended chicken noodle soup. The noodles are empty carbs that your body doesn't need right now.

yea I wouldn't have eaten the noodles.. but blending the rest would be beneficial I think..and chilli to..i guess I was wondering if others were doing that..
You might be able to have Eggface's Baked Ricotta in the soft food stages... full of flavor, and very comforting. Actually her whole website has great suggestions for all of the food stages.

Well, I tend to shy more away from carbs than I do cheese... I do take Miralax pretty regularly to keep things 'moving' along though, and plenty of water... Cheese is protein, which is important for us. Fat it good for you too, it helps to keep you full (as you progress out and you are actually hungry), and also helps with the whole bathroom issue.
I do a low carb diet as much as possible. In the losing stage, I didn't eat hardly any carbs... meats/cheeses/and small amounts of low starch veggies. Even now I tend to eat a very low carb diet.
Eggface's website is specifically tailored for those that have had WLS... I think everything she has on there is good for us, especially during the weight loss phases.

Eat ALL THE CHEESE! At that stage, you can eat so little that you really don't need to worry about racking up calories (though I always tracked calories and still do). I ate the Ricotta bake about 1,472 times during puree because it was good. I also ate ricotta cheese with sugar-free syrup on it. It's like cheesecake.
As far as screwing with your intestinal track, you're probably destined for constipation anyway (unless you are one of the lucky few). I take Miralax daily.

Blech. I'd rather have a protein shake than put meat in a blender. Be careful what you wish for.
