Pls help with gas bubble

Keep walking. It's the best thing for gas that gets trapped in your abdominal cavity from surgery. A heating pad helped me. The pain gets better with time.
If it feels like it's in your digestive system, Gas-x strips work good. My pain was up around my shoulder and upper back. Gas-x didn't help me right after surgery because the pain was from trapped gas floating around in my abdominal cavity and not in the digestive system.
Walking will help. Walk as much as you can!

once you are feeling like you can, I found that lying on my left side helped with the gas.

I found this by mistake but it worked. While laying in bed rotate from one side to another every 10-15 minutes. I had what felt like a fart in the tissues of my back and suddenly all of my gas was gone.
I bend over and get my head to the level of my knees for a minute. It gets rid of all the gas with no noise and no smell.
If I am in public, I bend over and make believe I am tying or adjusting my shoes. It works every time.
Another way is to lie in bed and hang your head over the side of the bed until it is lower than your body.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
That air that gets trapped under your skin from them inflating your abdomen for surgery is a *****! I didn't have it after this surgery, but I had a wicked bad case after my lap gall bladder surgery in 1991. Since it's under your skin, no amount of burping or passing gas will help. It just has to dissipate, and it will in a few days. In the meantime, pain meds helped for me. Hang in there, it will be gone soon!
