OK, so many of you were so helpful last week when I posted about my reweight regain after many years. Eleven years out from surgery. Sooooo...I am looking for feedback on this weeks prep. Breakfasts; onion, spinch, and mushroom fritatta with egg whites. Lunches: zoodles with meatsauce with mushrooms. I habe normally been eating several pieces of fruit a day for snack and with lunch. Trying to cut those out, at least for a couple of werks, to see if it makes a difference. Ideas for snacks?

Here comes the contrarian opinion: I love your veggie egg white frittata idea and the lunch too .

I had reheated fat free bean and cheese enchiladas this morning and a ton of chai tea latte. Will be going out to pick fresh fall gold raspberries and organic apples from the garden later expect to eat as much as my pouch will hold ( surprisingly little - can't even eat a whole apple usually) . Dinner will be grilled Maine lobster tails with butter buds and probably some kind of grilled vegetable along with fresh grilled corn. I will be having a red wine spritzer or two made with diet soda - but not drinking with dinner.

Exercise - office work then hopefully weeding and long delayed planting of a few perennials and decorative winter kales. Maybe even a ride on a boat or a walk on the beautiful beach :)

Delicious though ...and the " frankenbutter" is just butter passed thru a freeze drier and made fat free. Natural butter solids.

Doesn't sound overly natural to me. http://butterbuds.com/nutritionfacts

Your breakfast and lunch plan sounds excellent to me. The best way to cut fruit is just not have any in the house.

Breakfast -- sounds great -- but not sure why you'd cut out the yolk.

Lunch -- sounds great -- jus****ch the spaghetti sauce -- they sometimes have a lot of added sugar/carbs.

Dinner -- sounds great -- but NO CORN (all sugar) and make sure your grilled veggies are green and not potatoes, or starches.

You don't need snacks -- you are trying to lose. However, if you find them necessary: meat, jerky, 1 oz of less of nuts/seeds, less than 90 calorie greek yogurt without added sugar, lunchmeat, etc

Spaghetti sauce is homemade--I eat almost zero processed foods. The only time I really feel like I need a snack is around three in the afternoon. That's when I USED to troll the building for cookies and chocolate!
