Whole 30 eating plan
I've done the two Whole 30 cycles. The first one completely changed my relationship with food (in a good way) even though it wasn't that different from my typical eating patterns. I did orh cycles with my sister. It helped to keep me accountable.
The first few days are rough, but there are lots of resources to help you stay in track.
If you're looking for an short-term option to help refocus your food choices, it's worth a try.
