Opti and weightloss

so two wks of Optifast...and down one lb...

I was expecting more...anyone have any comments of this..my surgery is Fri.

I lost ok on opti, but not as much as many at my starting weight. And many don't have big numbers.

Most of the weight lost during that phase is water weight, considering the drastic reduction in carbs. So, if you already eliminated a lot of carbs from your diet, you might not have as drastic a loss.

also, our bodies can be stubborn jerks. As long as you know you are following the plan, the weigh will come off.

i spent weeks hovering around 190, then lost a pound a day for like 5 days straight. No rhyme or reason.

Dont let it shake your confidence. Do the work, and results will follow.
