I eat high fat and disgusting amounts of protein, and I look fantastic in a bikini. Or a one-piece.

I guess I'm destined to be a contrarian grrrr .... My body looks way better than this now and I'm NOT that young and I lost a lot of weight post op ( about six years ago give or take) .
I don't have to exercise to maintain my weight ( but I like to ... sometimes) . I am still ( and always have been ) ridiculously healthy.
I am a semi-vegan which basically means I can't stand eating a ton of meat or full fat cheese or any of that stuff . I LIKE fat free high fiber rather unprocessed carbs plus fat free cheese fat free refried beans fresh salsa avocado fat free greek yogurt ( read - sour cream) and veg... homemade fat free enchiladas are like my favorite comfort food and so totally non-fattening.
My REAL eating advice ? Salads with fat free dressing ... don't drink with meals ( allows you to eat three times as much) try to limit the alcohol. ((((())))) good luck! Honestly I DONT think anyone eats high fat / disgusting amounts of protein and looks good in a bikini .. jes saying ... do you actually KNOW anyone that does that because I sure don't. If not why would you accept advice from know-not-much if well meaning people ?
This is absurd and ridiculous advice.
I hope the OP takes the time to read your previous posting history - under this avatar and Meow alter egos so she fully understands both who you are and where this is coming from.
To the OP - I am only 4 years out from RN Y and 11 years out from my first WLS. I started at 256 pounds and am maintaining in a below goal range of 125-135. Today I weighed 117 which is way below my comfort range.
You have much more experience than I do but I will second and third some of the advice you've been given and that is Protein first and always. Any room left is for green and yellow veggies. No fruit or legumes during the Weightloss phase.
I do not weigh and measure my food nor do I count calories or the like. But I do stay on plan 100% of the time. Which means no rice, pasta, fruit, bread, potatoes, sugar substitutes, only full fat cheeses and yogurts. I eat lots of meat, poultry, seafood, tofu, eggs, cheese and charcuterie. I walk 10k steps or more a day usually but am forbidden for health reasons to do any other exercise so I do not believe it is necessary for weight maintenance.
Just making sure he suggested cutting out the other high-glycemic carbs like rice, potatoes, pasta, couscous, corn, bread? Those all convert way too easily to sugar, too. Basically, stick to protein and green or yellow vegetables. All fruit has sugar to some degree.
