11 years out--regain--desperate plea for help!!!
I guess I'm destined to be a contrarian grrrr .... My body looks way better than this now and I'm NOT that young and I lost a lot of weight post op ( about six years ago give or take) .
I don't have to exercise to maintain my weight ( but I like to ... sometimes) . I am still ( and always have been ) ridiculously healthy.
I am a semi-vegan which basically means I can't stand eating a ton of meat or full fat cheese or any of that stuff . I LIKE fat free high fiber rather unprocessed carbs plus fat free cheese fat free refried beans fresh salsa avocado fat free greek yogurt ( read - sour cream) and veg... homemade fat free enchiladas are like my favorite comfort food and so totally non-fattening.
My REAL eating advice ? Salads with fat free dressing ... don't drink with meals ( allows you to eat three times as much) try to limit the alcohol. ((((())))) good luck! Honestly I DONT think anyone eats high fat / disgusting amounts of protein and looks good in a bikini .. jes saying ... do you actually KNOW anyone that does that because I sure don't. If not why would you accept advice from know-not-much if well meaning people ?
I'm also astounded by your rudeness, but I will also refrain from pointing out the "blemishes" in your pictures.
That said, I know lots of people, and have seen lots of people, who eat protein and fat and look like rockstars in bikinis. I also know many people who eat protein and fat who are significantly kinder than you are, which means even more in my book.

You have complained REPEATEDLY about your body and weight over the years and I believe even had a ****ton of plastic surgery recently. I don't believe you are as self-confident as you claim to be.

Spot on.
Women who are really confident about their bodies, build other women up, they don't tear them down.
That, combined with a history of self-loathing posts, belies the hubris in this recent post.

I don't see the OP asking for help in looking good in a bikini, and I don't see how your gratuitous pictures help.
You talk about fat free food, most of which has added sugar. It's not good advice--none of it is.

I eat a high-protein diet, as doctors recommend for a post-WLS patient.
I look awesome in a bikini, stretch-marks and jiggles and mom-bod and all.

Not gonna happen. I don't need to have others validate me by liking my body.
