I expected something different when I clicked the link, but was pleasantly surprised that it was not salacious. :) I think the show has helped a lot of people, both participants and those watching. I know I've watched it and been encouraged by some of the huge transformations. I also saw a couple of people who are examples of what I do NOT want to do, which is waste this golden opportunity to turn my life around.
