Have any of you seen ads for this? One just popped up in my FB feed today. Looks... potentially interesting? And they have bariatric formulations. Need to do more research. https://gettespo.com/shop/bariatric-bundle-womens/#undefined

So sadly the stats aren't super - especially in the calcium area. I did a chat with a customer service person and apparently they're working on developing better/more bariatric options. The CSR seemed knowledgable about our needs and the calcium/iron issues.

I'll be keeping my eye on this. I can't do the patches and I get tired of swallowing all those friggin' calciums every day.

This honestly looks great if all the stats were there.

i much rather take a shot or two of liquids than pills as I have terrible gag reflex. And it seems like a far cheaper option than the Patches.

I looked at them a while back, and remember seeing that the vitamin levels aren't even close to adequate.

I can't say that I see the allure of drinking something that probably tastes funky to get my vitamins in, unless there's some of side benefit to absorption or something.

Yeah, the levels are less than impressive, but might be worth keeping an eye on for the future.

I think I'm looking for a magical solution to calcium that doesn't involve swallowing a billion horse pills every day. Sigh.

Have you ever had luck with chews? Check out Calcet's "creamy bites," they do calcium citrate and aren't bad at all. Granted, I have to budget 80 cal to get my 1000mg, but they surprisingly don't taste like butt!

Thanks! Those look potentially decent. Most of the chews I've found have fructose in them which wrecks me.
