There are so many web sites with delicious recipes, there's no need to cheat.
Check out Eggface's site -- you'll find recipes for all types of "treats".

What exactly are you eating daily? You say you are hardly eating nothing at all, but if the nothing at all is high in calories and carbs then you will stop losing and start gaining. What does your cheat meal consist of? Junk food or just a larger quantity of food?
WLS is just a tool and if you do not learn how to use your tool correctly you will be right back where you started. We have all seen numerous people over the years gain back all their weight regardless of what WLS they had. Not one of them is a magic pill that will shed the weight off and keep it off. It is up to each one of us to make the changes that are needed to succeed in losing the weight and keeping it off.
There are some on here that have been 100% compliant with everything and after being in maintenance for awhile they started gaining weight and ended up having to lower their calorie intake even though they were eating dense protein and minimal carbs.
You should be using the first 6 months to a year to your advantage instead of sabotaging your weight loss. Stop with the cheat weekly meal.

you already got a lot of advice, so i won't repeat it. i have had some delicious meals that are high protein and low carb. i look on instagram for creative meal ideas. if i want a treat, i eat some berries or sugar free jello or fairlife chocolate milk. in the long run, it will feel better to make progress towards your goal than it feels to eat those cheat meals. also, in the short term, exercise is a great way to boost your mood while doing something positive. don't think about it like a diet - this is just a whole different way to live your life, and it will be worth it if you stick with it.
