Just had my 5 moth appointment and i didn't lose just 2 pounds from month 4. i don't now what I'm doing wrong . i hardly eat nothing at all. i onlyhave one cheet meal a week on sunday to.the nurse didn't yell at me like the doctor. so good but i got alot more pounds to go. is this a stall. what do i do!!!
I recommend that you stop having a cheat day. If you aren't already, start weight everything that you put into your mouth and logging it with something like MyFitnessPal. That's the only way you can accurately see what you're eating and what you need to change.
You need to get 60-80 grams of protein and 64+ ounces of liquid every day.

i never been to much for tracking. but i know I am not eating much.
If you're not tracking/logging, you don't know that.

Oh boy. You're in trouble. So, first of all - yes...not even one single day. I didn't have anything, not even a bite until I hit goal. I still haven't had pizza, Chinese, french fries, fried food, etc. You need to change the habits now so you build new habits and also so you cut the cravings and the feeling of reward associated with food. You're only 5 months out and still only about half way to goal (from what I can tell from your ticker) and you had a month with only 2lbs of loss. If you continue like you have been it will be no loss next month.
In addition to that, you don't "know" anything if you aren't tracking. Do you think we got all got MO by eyeballing our portions? Track your food.

You really do need to track every bite and every single sip of calories you take in. You will be AMAZED at how much you really are eating when you log.
Yesterday I hardly ate anything - it was OVER 1200 CALORIES!!!
Until you log every single bite, you can't know.
"Cheat" days can be smart if the cheat is moderate but since you're not losing right now it's NOT moderate. Please listen to the vets and log log log.
Use myfitnessPal.com to log every single bite you take, every single sip. To save time log your usual meals, snacks, and nibbles the day before then you only need to go in and modify.
ALSO you need to look at the portions and dietary numbers on the actual food you're eating, don't think "Ham sandwich" then choose the lowest calorie option on the list - that's just asking for major issues!
You can turn this around if you want to, but otherwise I fear you're headed for regain next month.

its the only thing that gets me thru a week thow
then get used to what you weigh right now. Because you WILL NOT get even close to your goal if you keep up what you're doing.
You'll actually be lucky if you don't start re-gaining within a few short months and end up either where you started or worse.
You are choosing to fail. No one can save you from yourself.
If you need food to get through the week, what you REALLY need is a quality therapist. I'm not saying this to be mean, getting a good therapist is probably the kindest gift you can give yourself.
