Full fat yogurt
Fat is extremely satiating. It also will not spike blood sugars, as carbs do, or spike an insulin response, as carbs and protein do. And insulin is what triggers our bodies to store fat.
Sugar, natural or added, is really what you need to worry about most in yogurt, not fat.
Most of the long-timers don't worry about fat, or eat low fat versions of things.

I eat full fat ( whole milk ) plain Greek yogurt. I make my own with fairlife whole milk in my Instant Pot.
I will add in whatever flavors I'm wanting at the moment-usually with vanilla extract and sweetener and a sprinkle of cinnamon, or half a scoop of whatever flavor protein powder I have lying around. I put PB2 in my yogurt the other day and it was very satiated.
I love the L&F Greek flavors. I bought unsweetened flavor drops from Capella to mimic the flavors, but it's not the same. Boo.
As far as dairy goes, I actually never eat low fat or fat free. I haven't since I was a few months out. My dietician squawked at me a few times but...eh.
I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

I only ever eat full-fat everything. I'd rather eat less processed 'real' food than processed light stuff with stuff in it. I still do Dannon L&F when out and there are no other options, or it's ridiculously cheap, though.
Siggi's is seriously amazing. I hear angels singing when I eat it. Which maybe I should get looked at?
Kidding aside, if you don't want to spend on that, Walmart and Meijer (out here) have very inexpensive full-fat greek yogurt with no fillers that's actually pretty amazing. I was surprised by how good their options are. Sam's Club and Costco also have plain full-fat in larger sizes for cheaper.
It's also nicely customizable. I spent $10 to get some of the 1 (or 1/2? I forget) cup class pyrex containers, and I measure 1/3-1/2 cup of yogurt in there. Someone here told me to add a squirt of Mio for flavor, and it works really well.
I am never looking back.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much...the life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully. -- Seneca, On the Shortness of Life
I literally purchased dairy goats back in 2011 just so that I could have fresh whole milk for making full fat Greek yogurt.
Unfortunately, full fat goat cheese is also delicious... But that's a different story :)
** Edited to add that I wanted organic milk from pastured animals - finding organic milk from pastured cattle was challenging and expensive. Having my own does out in the pasture, grazing in the sunshine and fresh air was a very lovely way to solve the problem.

I had been eating Dannon L&F, but went to the store yesterday and bought the Fage Total Classic and had that today. I did 1/2 cup, 1 packet of Stevia, 1/2 oz pecans, 1/4 cup blueberries and 7g of shredded unsweetened coconut. Perfect to increase my fat like I want.
OMG. So good, and I'm much fuller than with the L&F. Tomorrow I'll add some vanilla and cinnamon!
