Full fat yogurt

I've been eating low fat yogurt since surgery and today decided to try out full fat. I measured out 80 calories worth (85g or 3oz) to correspond to my typical dannon light and fit serving. Holy moly! I'm completely full and satisfied on 1/3 of what I measured out! And I enjoyed my yogurt so much more! Typically after eating 5oz of Dannon L&F I'm moderately full. After eating 1oz of full fat I'm stuffed. For me, full fat is definitely the way to go.
Are you eating the regular L&F normally, or the Greek? The Greek is thicker, higher in protein, and much more satisfying. I picked up the regular L&F once, and definitely noticed the difference.
Siggi's is THE BEST. I live for this yogurt. It's so filling it's ridiculous. I only wish they had more full fat flavors.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I live siggi's as well... I like plain and can't find the full fat

I'm a huge fan of full fat plain Fage. I'll see if I can find full fat siggi's and see if the macros are even better!
