Full fat yogurt

I've been eating low fat yogurt since surgery and today decided to try out full fat. I measured out 80 calories worth (85g or 3oz) to correspond to my typical dannon light and fit serving. Holy moly! I'm completely full and satisfied on 1/3 of what I measured out! And I enjoyed my yogurt so much more! Typically after eating 5oz of Dannon L&F I'm moderately full. After eating 1oz of full fat I'm stuffed. For me, full fat is definitely the way to go.

Are you eating the regular L&F normally, or the Greek? The Greek is thicker, higher in protein, and much more satisfying. I picked up the regular L&F once, and definitely noticed the difference.

The Greek is the only one I've tried.

If you can find it, try Siggi's. It's similar to greek yogurt (very thick) but it doesn't have nearly as much sugar as the other yogurts (which means lower carbs), plus it has lots of protein.

Siggi's is THE BEST. I live for this yogurt. It's so filling it's ridiculous. I only wish they had more full fat flavors.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I'm a huge fan of full fat plain Fage. I'll see if I can find full fat siggi's and see if the macros are even better!

Oh good to know! I have been seeing this in my grocery store and wondered about it. I have been eating Oiko's barbecue it seems to be the highest in protien, comparably.

I only eat full fat greek yogurt. It can be hard to find. I did find it on Amazon Fresh and it comes right to your door. There are some flavors that are low in carbs also. So you don't have to measure it out.
