I downloaded this app called Zombie Run, where you basically run from imaginary zombies. Since I've been injured off and on the last month or so, I decided to give it a try today and I was able to run for longer than I have in the past! My heart rate also finally got into cardio level which is a really hard thing for me to obtain because my resting heart rate is usually 50 and up until today my main exercise has been walking.

Highest Weight ~400, Surgery Weight 293, Current Weight 227, Goal Weight 180

Highest BMI: 59.1, Current BMI: 32, Goal BMI: 25

Zombies Run is the best app ever. I love Sam. :) And the rest of the gang too! If you haven't tried it and you're new to running, I highly recommend the 5K training app from the same company. Janine trains you and it's really super.

Body shred + 12K steps.

Note on the value of exercise, when I am sedentary I burn 1,100-1,300 calories (according to the fit bit).

I got up, did my normal morning routine and went to bodyshred. 1,007 calories burned by 8.30 am!!!
